In February State Archives staff transferred approximately 12 cu. ft. of audio-visual records from the Dept. of Development. These records, dating from approximately 1970-2000, consist of audio tapes, video tapes, film reels, and slides and pertain to Ohios governors and lieutenant governors as well as trade missions and tourism advertising. These records will be cataloged and added to the Ohio Historical Societys Online Collection Catalog. In Local Government Records Program news, last month State Archives staff presented the Just the Basics records management workshop at the Ohio Township Associations annual meeting. Approximately 60 members of the association attended the workshop.
