New OHC Volunteer Program Coming Soon!

At Ohio History Connection, we are working on a new and improved volunteer program for our History Center.  In January 2025, we will be launching this new program.  During this transition, we will be pausing volunteer recruitment for many of our programs, including in museum education and interpretation. However, other volunteer opportunities still exist!  When positions are open their volunteer job descriptions may be found here: volunteer application.

Opportunities for organizational partners, such as corporate partners as well as high school, college, and universities still exist.  If you are interested in establishing a partnership OR if you have any questions, please email the volunteer coordinator, Teresa Valencia, at [email protected]We look forward to recruiting volunteers for the Ohio History Center in January 2025 once the new program is launched!

Ohio History Connection is seeking organizational partners to help us achieve our mission to "spark discovery of Ohio's stories".  We welcome groups of volunteers to assist with special events, grounds keeping, and some collections management tasks. Once your form is complete, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss currently available volunteer opportunities with your organizational representative.

Ohio History Connection is seeking partnerships with educational institutions such as high schools, colleges, and universities to help us achieve our mission to "spark discovery of Ohio's stories".  We welcome groups of volunteers or individuals to assist with a variety of programs and activities.  Build or enhance your resume through volunteer work.
