Hopewell Culture National Historical Park Ranger Bruce Lombardo will be giving a talk about the extraordinary earthwork complexes of the Hopewell Culture this Thursday, May 8, at 1 pm at the Mound City Visitor Center. The presentation will also include updates on the World Heritage Site nomination of the park’s earthworks and on the recent acquisition of the nearby Junction Group earthworks by a coalition of conservation organizations The program will last one hour and is free to the public.
