Visit our Miller-Leuser Log House, a historic site listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 for its architectural significance. Built in 1796, this log house was lived in until 1963 when a new house was constructed for the family on the same property. Today, it serves as a museum of local history.

Explore several other buildings open to the public, including a small horse barn, an outhouse, and an accessory building that housed many of the residents’ tools. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens featuring many native plants.

The Miller-Leuser Log House and its grounds are open on the first and third Sundays from April to October, from 1–4 p.m. Come and immerse yourself in the rich history and natural beauty of this historic site.
