You’re invited to attend this year’s Conestoga fundraiser, “Nurturing Ancestral Pride” at Grange Insurance Audubon Center in Columbus. Proceeds will support the creation of a Tribal youth internship program at Newark Earthworks and Fort Ancient Earthworks & Nature Preserve, two Ohio History Connection sites that are part of the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks, Ohio’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. The initiative will enable college-age Native Americans to participate in a paid residential summer internship program.

This project will be done in partnership with some of Ohio History Connection’s more than 40 Native American Tribal Partners.
