Visit this award-winning historic building and see the Mounds, Moon, and Stars: The Legacy of Ohio’s Magnificent Earthworks exhibit on loan from the Great Circle Alliance. The Belmont County Heritage Museum will have an open house with refreshments during regular hours on September 14 and be open on September 15 as part of a county-wide participation in Ohio Open Doors.

The museum is housed in the historic Belmont Count Sheriff’s Home which received a State Historic Preservation Office Award of Merit in 2015.
