Visit the Ohio History Center, the state's repository for comprehensive collections of materials in the fields of history, prehistory and natural history. It also houses the state's archives and historical library.

Walk the streets of Ohio Village, a reproduction of a small Ohio community during the 1800s. The buildings form the commercial, social and political core of a town and represent several architectural styles of Ohio's history. The furnishings and tools in the various buildings used by the Ohio Villagers are either original pieces or carefully researched reproductions. The buildings and streets set the stage for its citizens to tell the story of the economic, social and political life in Ohio during the 1800s.
