This year, the autumn equinox is on September 22. It is a time of balance, change and preparation for the winter. It also is a symbolic inspiration for emphasizing unity, harmony and community. The bounty of autumn provides rich, unique flavors while providing an opportunity to celebrate community, sustainability and giving.
